These Legal Disclaimers, Terms and Conditions of use, and Privacy and Security policies represent the policies of Peeler Built Homes (“Peeler Built Homes”) that govern your use of this website and any related platforms (collectively referred to as the “Website”). The terms "we," "us," or "our" denote Peeler Built Homes, while "you" and "your" refer to you as a home-buying customer.
Amenities
The amenities currently available or planned for the communities may change, be substituted, or removed without prior notice. Peeler Built Homes does not guarantee that the communities or any amenities will be developed as currently outlined.
Booking by Appointment
Making an appointment through this website does not equate to realtor registration as described in the Peeler Built Homes Broker Participation Policy. For further details, please consult your Peeler Built Homes New Home Consultant. An appointment does not constitute an offer to purchase a home; any agreement must be finalized in writing and signed by both the seller and the buyer.
Broker Participation Policy
Customers are welcome to use their own broker or agent when buying a home from Peeler Built Homes. For a cooperating real estate brokerage (“Cooperating Broker”) to receive a commission for a sale the Cooperating Broker must be registered during the first interaction with a Peeler Built Homes employee. The prospective buyer (the “Prospect”) must identify and register the Cooperating Broker at one of the following times: (i) when the Prospect first contacts a Peeler Built Homes employee about a home or community; (ii) when they first discuss or are introduced to a community by Peeler Built Homes’ online sales team; (iii) when the Prospect first visits a community; or (iv) during their first self-guided tour of a community, whichever comes first. If the Prospect fails to register the Cooperating Broker at this initial communication, the Cooperating Broker will not be eligible for a commission. Merely registering a Prospect by the Cooperating Broker is insufficient for commission eligibility; the Cooperating Broker or their sales associate must accompany the Prospect on their initial visit or self-guided tour. If the Prospect is not local and cannot visit in person, the Cooperating Broker or their sales associate must join the Prospect on their first virtual tour. Should Peeler Built Homes’ tracking system show that the Prospect inquired about a community without registering the Cooperating Broker or visited a sales office or self-guided tour without the necessary registration or accompaniment, neither the Cooperating Broker nor their sales associate will be entitled to a commission for that Prospect's sale. Registration is valid for sixty (60) days from the date of registration (“Registration Period”). The Cooperating Broker may extend this period for another sixty (60) days by accompanying the Prospect to the community's sales office, either in person or virtually, before the initial Registration Period expires. The Cooperating Broker will not qualify for a commission unless a written agreement (“Cooperating Broker Agreement”) outlining the commission amount and other terms is executed with Peeler Built Homes before or at the time the Buyer signs a purchase agreement. If the Cooperating Broker or their sales associate violates this Broker Participation Policy, the Cooperating Broker Agreement will become void. To qualify for a commission, the Prospect must sign a contract to buy a home in the community before the end of the Registration Period and close on the purchase in accordance with the Purchase and Sale Agreement. This registration or its extensions do not protect the Cooperating Broker from another broker registering the same Prospect with Peeler Built Homes. The Cooperating Broker is solely responsible for paying any commissions to their sales agents. All registration forms, sign-up sheets, and related documents provided to Prospects or buyers are considered trade secrets of Peeler Built Homes.
Completion Date
Unless stated otherwise in your purchase agreement, Peeler Built Homes is obligated to finish constructing your home within two (2) years from the date you sign the agreement. If construction is delayed due to events recognized by state law as valid defenses for non-performance or delays, the completion date will be extended accordingly. It is intended that the rights and responsibilities outlined in your purchase agreement are interpreted to ensure that both your purchase agreement and the sale of your home are exempt from registration under the Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act. Both you and Peeler Built Homes waive any rights or provisions in the purchase agreement that would negate this exemption.

The content on this website, including but not limited to floor plans and elevations, is protected by copyright. No part of this material may be distributed, altered, or reproduced without the prior written consent of Peeler Built Homes. Additionally, images from this website cannot be reproduced in any form without obtaining permission from Peeler Built Homes. The company actively protects its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Closing Cost Incentive
Closing cost incentives are available only for select Peeler Built Homes. To qualify, the buyer may need to sign a purchase agreement or finalize a closing by a specified date. Peeler Built Homes will provide the closing credit, subject to lender approval. Offers, incentives, and seller contributions come with specific terms, conditions, and restrictions. Certain incentives may impact the loan amount. Peeler Built Homes reserves the right to modify or revoke any offer at any time.
Energy Savings
Energy calculations and claims are estimates and have been created by third parties, not based on Peeler Built Homes' designs. Actual savings may vary due to numerous factors, including but not limited to current utility rates, construction specifics, floor plan, occupancy, appliance usage, thermostat settings, weather conditions, the number of occupants, and the orientation of the home. Peeler Built Homes does not guarantee specific savings or efficiency outcomes for any homeowner.

Features may differ between homes and across communities. We reserve the right to replace equipment, materials, appliances, and brand names with alternatives of equal or greater value at our discretion. Variations in color and size may occur.
